These terms govern your use of Tokyo Night Concierge’s services. By making an inquiry or booking, you agree to them. This is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Our service
We provide concierge, booking, translation, interpretation, and on-site guidance for nightlife experiences in Tokyo. We are an independent service and do not own or operate the venues you visit.
Bookings & payments
Service fees are agreed before your experience. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Quoted prices are starting points; final costs are explained up front.
Venue charges
Charges levied by venues — drinks, set or table fees, and similar — are separate from our service fees and are your responsibility. We always explain expected costs in advance.
Your responsibilities
You agree to behave lawfully and respectfully toward venues, staff, and others, and to follow the etiquette and guidance we provide. See our Customer Conduct Policy.
Liability
We act as a facilitator and interpreter. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of third-party venues or for outcomes outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always appears on this page.
