To keep everyone safe and welcome, we ask all guests to follow this conduct policy. This is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

Respect for venues and staff

Treat venues, their staff, and other guests with courtesy at all times. These relationships are what make your access possible.

Follow etiquette and the law

Follow the etiquette we brief you on and all local laws. Your guide’s on-site guidance is there to help you stay welcome.

Intoxication

Enjoy yourself responsibly. We may end an experience early if a guest becomes excessively intoxicated or unsafe, without refund.

Zero tolerance for harassment

Any harassment of, or inappropriate behaviour toward, staff or others ends the experience immediately and may end our relationship, without refund.

Consequences

Serious or repeated breaches of this policy may result in us declining to work with you in future.
