Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and changes are handled. This is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Cancelling or changing
Let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your plans. We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes.
Notice & fees
Cancellations made with adequate notice may be fully refundable on our service fee. Late cancellations may incur a fee reflecting work already done and commitments already made on your behalf.
No-shows
Failure to attend a booked experience without notice may be charged in full, as venues and interpreters have been reserved for you.
Venue-imposed charges
Some venues set their own cancellation or deposit rules. Where these apply, we explain them before you commit.
Changes by us
If we ever need to change or cancel an experience, we will tell you promptly and offer an alternative or a refund of our service fee.
